SIP, PoE and management architecture
Provide supported PoE, switch ports, VLANs, IP addresses, DNS, NTP and secure management reachability. SIP supports peer or PBX calls, while My2N cloud and Access Commander serve different residential and commercial workflows. Verify licenses and capacity for the current release.

Credentials, locks and integration
Choose secured RFID, PIN, QR, fingerprint or WaveKey mobile credentials from risk, convenience and integration. Confirm exact reader configuration, card keys, mobile subscriptions and enrollment. Avoid using low-frequency legacy credentials as a silent default.
Coordinate lock power, relay security, door position, request-to-exit and emergency release. Exterior controller-equipped readers require a system engineering that considers relay and wiring exposure. Integrations with VMS, home automation or access platforms needs to be checked in the official integration resources.
